1 to 2 times a week and as needed

For particularly intensive care
Apply the volume hair mask in the washed, towel-dry hair so that your hair can absorb the active ingredients even more intensively. Depending on the length of hair, distribute 3-5 portions evenly in the moist hair. Then, wind the hair in a towel and allow the mask to work for about 15-30 minutes. Finally, rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water.

For a fast care effect
For this, you can apply the volume hair mask in the wet hair under the shower – similar to a conditioner. Allow them to act briefly and then rinse them directly.
