Anwendung

Step 1: Choose your serum
Give 2-3 drops of the serum of your choice to your skin and pass it lightly with your fingers.
Choose between:

Niacinamide serum for a clear skin appearance and fine pores
Vitamin C Sensitive Serum for a Natural Glow
Pro-collagen serum for a smooth skin appearance

Step 2: Jojoba Oil
Massage 3–5 drops of jojoba oil into the face, neck and cleavage. It creates the ideal basis for your face yoga with the Gua Sha.

Step 3: Face Yoga with Gua Sha
Perform the massage for 1-2 minutes with the Gua Sha – always with gentle pressure and flowing movements:

From the centre of the forehead to the temples and ear
With the small side gently over the eyelids to the ear, then below the eyes to the ear
With the large side of upper and lower lip to the ears
From the tip of the chin along the jawbone to the ear
From the lower jaw to the yoke bone
From the jaw to the collarbone gently over the neck

After application: Clean your Gua Sha with mild soap and warm water.
